Vasilios Grossomanides is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with over 30 years of experience in structural and seismic design of complex infrastructure projects in Greece and internationally. He holds the highest level (Grade C) Structural Engineering Design License issued by the Greek Ministry of Public Works.
He has served as Senior Structural Engineer and Project Manager in major projects including highway and railway bridges, tunnels, metro stations, dams, hydraulic works, industrial facilities, and marine structures. His international experience spans projects in Qatar, Jordan, Kenya, Algeria, Serbia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, delivering technically robust and optimized structural solutions in demanding environments. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and IABSE and is highly experienced in advanced structural analysis and design software, including SOFiSTiK and Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.
